Guangxi Shenbao Bicycle Industry Co., Ltd., founded in 2022 and affiliated with the Furuida Industrial Group, is a new energy enterprise dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of electric bicycles. The company has obtained over 20 patents and has been recognized as a Technology-Based Enterprise, Innovative Enterprise, and High-Tech Enterprise.
Driven by the "Technology + Ecology" dual-engine strategy, Shenbao has established a modern industrial base in the Guigang National Eco-Industrial Demonstration Park. Spanning 30 mu (approximately 2 hectares) with an investment of 200 million RMB, the facility fully implements digital management. The company has introduced advanced robotic welding systems and automated assembly processes, adheres to 326 stringent quality inspection standards, and has achieved IP67 waterproof certification.
Pioneering the industry's first dual green channels of "5G Smart Manufacturing + Comprehensive Recycling," Shenbao has built a closed-loop green manufacturing system with an annual production capacity of 600,000 electric vehicles and the comprehensive recycling of 60,000 tons of renewable resources.
